- Assisting all NRI customers for their all banking needs. Managing existing client base for NRI Services and also targeting for new client acquisition through walking customer, Existing customer reference and alternate channels
- Action on a continuous basis in enhancing productivity of resources and rendering support to Branch Managers so that they achieve the targets in all product segments and look at the larger perspective beyond year and take actions /gear the organization for future so that the growth in market share vis-à-vis peer banks improves in the long term.
- Increase relationship with the existing NRI customer through various type of Investment like NRE & NRO FD, FCNR FD, RPP etc. Increased the Branch NR book size more than the management expectation
- Cross Selling Life and General Insurance, Deposits, Mutual funds and FX related Banking products to NR customer
