ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of credit analysts, ensuring efficient credit appraisal processes and adherence to policies.
Develop and implement credit risk assessment strategies for retail loan applications.
Analyze financial statements, credit bureau reports, and other borrower information to determine creditworthiness.
Recommend loan approvals, rejections, or adjustments based on credit risk assessment.
Monitor and maintain the overall quality of the retail loan portfolio within the zone.
Identify and mitigate potential credit risks within the retail loan portfolio.
Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting retail lending.
Liaise with various internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and collections teams.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and credit policies set by the organization.
