The lead plays a crucial role in the change structure providing day-to-day support to the key business projects within the transformation portfolio.
Strategize and implement internal communications campaigns/stories to promote greater understanding of Transformation initiatives and pillars to the bank
Unify and elevate overall Transformation Group (TG) messaging across the pillars
Work with internal partners like Group Marketing & Communications, HR, T&O COO communications teams etc to develop comms materials in line with TG elements
Produce compelling content to draw colleagues to communication platforms, while curating and managing the various communication outlets, while ensuring optimal message and channel reach
Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as intranet, knowledge portals, regular email bulletin.
Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
Drive the development and implementation of Transformation agenda for the bank
Collaborate with the Business COOs and function PM leads on Transformation book of work
Provide reporting and informational updates to senior management on Transformation Workstreams
Requirements
An independent self-starter with ability to lead a multi-disciplinary project across various stakeholders
A good storyteller, with words and data, and can convey ideas/concept in a way for stakeholder buy-in
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
A holistic thinker and consider multiple angles and perspective, with an inquisitive and creative mind
Excellent inter-personal and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross functional teams and senior executive management
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
