Maintain Satisfactory audit performance. No high risk points and reduce number of medium risk findings.
Monitor and ensure complaints under Branches, RNO are responded to and addressed in a timely manner, RCA shared for gaps plugging.
Ensure Adherence by branches on Guidelines pertaining to Master Circular on “Customer Service at Banks.”
Support Business growth in driving branches to Spot opportunities wherever possible
Various projects, Data Remediation activities to be driven
Monitoring and recon of GLs of the branches and ensuring KPIs, KRI’s are adhered to.
Cost controls and saving initiatives to be driven at the Region level.
Ensuring bank processes, policies are disseminated in a timely manner to branches in the Region. Ensure effectiveness of COH, RSDO’s in branch’s upkeep.
Any other job duty and responsibility assigned by Head – Br Ops from time to time or on adhoc basis.
Complaint Management – track and ensure all complaints are appropriately attended to and closed as per guidelines.
