- Responsible for achieving sales targets and development of passive funds market in South.
- Should be able to reach to the Direct clients, Wealth outfits, RIAs, PFs/Superannuation funds and select partners on his own or with the help of the respective ZH/ RH of the Zone/ Regions.
- Do cross-selling of passive products to active clients.
- Focus on increasing the premium client base of passive investors by acquiring Family offices, UHNIs and HNIs.
- Regularly educate and inform the team on the ground about the latest ETF developments by conducting sessions on a periodic basis.
- Managing the zone with complete ownership of developing the passive business in the zone to substantial level.
- Should be a go getter.
- Should have excellent relationships across key wealth channels and select large corporates in South.
- Should be able to effectively liaison with various segments like KCG, EPCG and Distribution.
- Should have good relationships amongst market participants for gathering market intelligence.
- Should have strong communication and presentation skills.
