This role would be responsible for handling the critical litigations of the bank and to update the Developments to the Management on regular and ensure recovery through legal recourse.
Handle the litigations (To & Fro) related to the loan accounts.
Very good knowledge of legal recovery tools and negotiation skills.
Very good knowledge of SARFAESI Proceedings.
Recovery oriented approach and Good in data management.
Very good in handling police station issues and other LEA.
Interact with the Law firms / for handling the litigations and briefing them for the cases.
Conduct regular reviews of the assigned cases and update the management on developments.
Handling the litigations in various locations coordinating with the lawyers.
Appearing before various Courts, Tribunals, Commissions, Appellate Tribunals and Regulatory Authorities for resolving critical issues as and when required.
Good knowledge of proceedings in DRT/NCLT etc.
Appointment law firms/Advocates as and when required.
Establish compliance standards and compliance frameworks based on internal policies and local law & regulations.
