ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for product development, enhancements, modifications in the existing and new Debit Card Products
  • Managing various Debit Cards variants and various KPIs on debit cards to increase penetration and usage
  •  Introducing new innovations in the Debit Cards / payments
  •  Data Analysis for insightful and actionable in line with the Debit Cards Strategy
  •  Responsible for conceptualization, development, implementation of various Debit Cards projects
  • Regulatory Compliance for Debit Cards Product
  • Market mapping in terms of latest trends, products, activities, best practices
  • Good understanding of payments, retail banking and digital technologies
  • Good analytical and data-backed decision making skills Customer oriented and ability to drive growth and business objectives Sound judgement and flexibility in balancing multiple projects to meet tight deadline Ability to write Product /Process requirement documents
