- NRI Relationship Manager at Bank, your primary responsibility is to manage and grow the bank's relationships with Non-Resident Indian clients.
- He / She will be the main point of contact for these clients, providing them with personalized banking services and investment solutions.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients.
- Understand clients' financial needs and goals.
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Cross-sell a range of banking and investment products to NRI clients.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify opportunities for new business development.
- Manage NRI client portfolios effectively.
- Monitor investment performance and provide regular updates to clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assess and mitigate risks related to NRI client portfolios.
- Stay updated on market trends and economic developments affecting NRI clients.
- Implement risk management strategies.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient banking experience for NRI clients.
- Ensure all KYC (Know Your Customer) and regulatory requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for NRI clients.
- Adhere to all internal policies and procedures.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Investment Advisors, Wealth Managers, and Product Specialists.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet client needs effectively.
