About the Role:
The Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for originating new transactions and customers towards meeting business growth targets. Apart from using his or her professional relationships with CFOs & Treasurers, the RM is also expected to originate business by maintaining a close relationship with various players in the ecosystem: Lawyers, Consultants, Accountants, Chambers of Commerce, Invest India, Government Departments etc.
Role Proficiencies:
Knowledge of banking CMS/ Sector Specific/ Customized Banking applications/ products and services.
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms.
Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the Regional language.
Ability to manage complex client situations.
Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Team working skills so that the RM can work with other parts of the bank and deliver the bank franchise comprehensively to his or her clients.
