• To manage the Daily Settlement Process for the platform and monitor it end to end.
• Ensure effective and prompt communication with all stakeholders incl external service provider, customers etc.
• Coordinate with internal and external Tech Support team to proactively solve issues for timely submissions.
• Ensure settlement process is dynamic in-line the evolving growth in business /demands from external customers.
• Identify, scope and work with the product team to adopt digital enablers required to further strengthen the process.
• Manage the NACH mandate registration process for customers and ensure best in class TAT for NACH activation.
• Provide update, regular and timely MIS to internal stakeholders..
• Manage both internal and external audit related to this process
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies related to the process.
