Key Accountabilities:
- This role would be responsible for handling the critical litigations of the bank and to update the Developments to the Management on regular and ensure recovery through legal recourse.
- Handle the litigations (To & Fro) related to the loan accounts.
- Recovery oriented approach and Good in data management
- Good knowledge of proceedings in DRT/NCLT etc.
- Very good knowledge of SARFAESI proceedings.
Job Duties & responsibilities:
- Interact with the Law firms / for handling the litigations and briefing them for the cases
- Conduct regular reviews of the assigned cases and update the management on developments.
- Handling the litigations in various locations coordinating with the lawyers
- Appearing before various Courts, Tribunals, Commissions, Appellate Tribunals and Regulatory Authorities for resolving critical issues as and when required
- Appointment law firms/Advocates as and when required.
- Very good in handling police station issues and other LEA
- Establish compliance standards and compliance frameworks based on internal policies and local law & regulations.
