We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Head of Operations to lead and manage all operational aspects of our AMC. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our investment processes, compliance adherence, and overall efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the AMC, including trade settlements, account management, client servicing, and portfolio administration.
Develop, implement, and maintain efficient operational processes to optimize workflows and minimize errors.
Manage a team of operations professionals, providing coaching and ensuring their professional development.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements set forth by SEBI and other governing bodies.
Implement and maintain robust risk management frameworks to mitigate operational risks.
Work closely with the Investment and Portfolio Management teams to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies.
Oversee technology infrastructure and vendor relationships related to operations.
Prepare and manage operational budgets.
Generate and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to the development and launch of new investment products.
