ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage the day-to-day operations of a small-to medium-sized fund accounting client.
To manage the daily accounting and net asset value (NAV) production workflow to service multiple funds.
To Handle daily activities which is inclusive and not exhaustive containing Capital accounting, trades processing,
Income and Expenses accounting, corporate action benefits, Reconciliations, calculations of distributable surplus, Interest accruals and amortizations, equalization, capital gain loss, etc
Responsible for accurate calculation and Dissemination of NAV.
To ensure transaction processing and client deliverables as per agreed SLA, monitoring and ensuring implementation of all relevant regulatory changes
To liaise with all internal and external stakeholder including clients for all required data and support
To handle client’s audit and related requirements
To handle escalations if any and ensuring high customer satisfactions score
To conduct UAT and system testing for system enhancements or new requirements
