Principal responsibilities
- Using storyboarding, task analysis, user research tasks and whatever appropriate to capture and develop user requirements related to Distribution covering distributor (agents, brokers, banca, 3rd party & FA channels) onboarding, movements & all kinds of distributor’s compensations, incentives and bonuses.
- Support and engage with cross functional/business and multi-channel teams with minimum to no direct line responsibility for those individuals.
- Assisting with the creation and design of process flows, journey maps, etc. that can facilitate the understanding of sales & distributor’s journey.
- Liaising with relevant business teams, technology teams, digital teams, legal, risk and compliance teams, to document requirements, provide design options and recommendations
- Identifying opportunities & drive requirement gathering/delivery for straight through approval processing through data automation and workflow automation
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts in ensuring user stories are developed correctly and meet acceptance criteria
- Identify and document scenarios and user acceptance criteria and assist the test manager for the User Acceptance Test plan creation, test cases creation, execution, review & completion.
- Assist the business parties with the change management activities to ensure successful project implementation

Job Requirements
- Must have hands-on experience working as BA in new implementing/handling of CRs in SAP Callidus solution or any other Distributor’s Management System (DMS) in Life Insurance or any Life Insurance PAS (Policy Admin System) implementation focusing on distribution module
- Required knowledge and experience in defining interface requirements of any Life Insurance PAS implementation.
- Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience working on Life Ins. Policy Admin, strong understanding of Distributors & Policy lifecycle & various business processes involved.
- Agile methodology and ways of working experience. Hands-on exp. to use Agile tools, ceremonies & methods.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders based on a good understanding of their objectives and the services they require to meet those objectives
- Ability to think innovatively to find creative solutions, with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to operate effectively with ambiguous and incomplete data
- Experience in developing business case, business requirements, and impact assessments
- Awareness of the testing process and experience of performing testing
- Experience of process improvement and LEAN thinking methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in related field or commensurate with practical experience
