ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The lead plays a crucial role in the change structure providing day-to-day support to the key business projects within the transformation portfolio.
  • Strategize and implement internal communications campaigns/stories to promote greater understanding of Transformation initiatives and pillars to the bank
  • Unify and elevate overall Transformation Group (TG) messaging across the pillars
  • Work with internal partners like Group Marketing & Communications, HR, T&O COO communications teams etc to develop comms materials in line with TG elements
  • Produce compelling content to draw colleagues to communication platforms, while curating and managing the various communication outlets, while ensuring optimal message and channel reach
  • Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as intranet, knowledge portals, regular email bulletin.
  • Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
  • Drive the development and implementation of Transformation agenda for the bank
