ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Credit Policy and Portfolio Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the credit card policy framework, supporting the implementation of credit decision modules, and managing credit policies for our consumer retail portfolio in India.
  • Frame and manage the credit card policy framework, including acquisition and account management policies.
  • Assist in the growth of the credit card business in India through strategic policy development.
  • Support the implementation of credit decision modules on the credit cards technology platform.
  • Ensure system changes align with product development and maintain adequate controls.
  • Manage credit cards credit policy, conducting MIS analytics for portfolio monitoring and regular reviews.
  • Monitor portfolio performance using a structured early warning mechanism.
  • Collaborate with product development, collections, systems, and operations teams to ensure objectives are met.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to align objectives and drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and RBI/MAS guidelines.
  • Assist in developing Fintech partnerships, vendor empanelment, and UAT activities.
  • Manage policy/processes for credit cards, ensuring adherence to legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Drive initiatives through the credit cycle management framework, working with various teams.
  • Facilitate asset quality reviews, providing analytics insights for risk identification and recommendation of actions.
  • Escalate significant risk issues to business management and managers for remedial actions.
  • Ensure timely completion of RCSAs, addressing identified control gaps and following up on action plans.
