1. Keeping track of regulatory guidelines and implementation for digital banking Developments / Process.
2. Review/analysis of digital processes, Identification of regulatory gaps and resolving/fixing the process in adherence to digital banking /Bank process / regulatory guidelines.
3. Liaising with Internal as well as external auditors to conduct audit in a seamless manner for digital banking product.
4. Monitoring of open audit points and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure closure.
5. Providing product walkthroughs to auditors.
6. Co-ordinate with Products / IT on various process/System gaps and ensure same gets fixed/corrected.
7. Legal support for digital banking related vendor/BC agreements. Closure of legal drafts in consultation with Bank Legal team.
8. For vendor on-boarding – providing end to end support to internal teams to obtain approval from various stakeholders like Legal ,ORM,
Compliance, IRM etc.
