ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Annual target setting before year beginning and daily/ monthly tracking at various levels against budgets Analyse potential problem areas and present to business to assist pre-emptive actions.
Publish individual, region, cluster and branch level performances
Engage with business and product teams on the problem formulation and create solution framework
Collaborate with Regional & local counterparts to define and align performance metrics
Support ad-hoc requests for management business review
Formulate requirements and work with data engineering and technology team to develop and validate
automated data pipelines for business performance dashboards
Drive the testing and deployment of the machine learning products into production
Understand the Product Journeys and help business to improve the customer experience
Hands on experience in Data Management and Business Analytics
Proficient in SQL, Python, Py-spark & MS Excel
