ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Sales Management:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve LAP sales targets within the assigned area.
    • Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide guidance and support to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
    • Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations to track progress and address any issues.
    • Identify market opportunities and trends to capitalize on potential growth areas.
  2. Team Leadership:

    • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team capable of delivering results.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team members.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and business partners to drive LAP sales and generate referrals.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
