Area Manager IFA
Purpose of the Job
The position is responsible for ensuring effective and smooth relationship with National Distribution and IFA’s in the region for growth in business.
Key responsibilities
Ensure effective and smooth relationship with distributors and IFA in the region for growth in business.
Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market. Market & industry analysis. Generating & increasing sales. Developing IFA & distribution network. Selection & motivation of IFA/distributors.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of IFAs to drive long-term partnerships.
- Understand the needs and goals of IFAs, offering personalized solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IFAs, offering support and guidance on products and services.

Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential IFA clients.
- Present and promote the company’s financial products and services to IFAs.
- Assist IFAs with product knowledge, training, and sales techniques to improve their performance.

Support and Consultation:
- Provide ongoing support to IFAs on the operational aspects of their business, such as training, product updates, and compliance requirements.
- Assist IFAs with product research, sales strategies, and portfolio management.
- Organize and lead workshops, webinars, or events to engage with IFAs.

Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the internal teams (sales, marketing, compliance, etc.) to ensure a seamless experience for IFAs.
- Track and report on sales performance, relationship status, and key metrics.
- Develop and deliver regular feedback to senior management on market trends, IFA satisfaction, and areas for improvement.

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that all interactions with IFAs comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of services provided to IFAs and ensure adherence to best practices.
