Area Head RM
Key Roles :
- Manages a team of Premium Current Account RMs
- Ensure acquisition Premium Current account customers in the branch and value build up in these accounts through the team of RMs
- To ensure regular catchment mapping & scoping for the CA, Trade forex Business through team of PCA-RM, prepare list of potential high value customers from each identified segments in the catchment
- To maintain continuous customer engagement with all customers sourced by Team through customer visits /joint calls
- Drive profile based cross sell of value added products such as Trade Forex ,CMS, POS, Doorstep banking ,Working capital / other loan needs
- To implement the sales monitoring mechanism to measure the productivity of the team
- To monitor the quality of products sourcing in order to evaluate developmental needs of the sales team and drive the sales system towards quality standards
- Achievement of Relationship Manager Targets
- Effectively manage and motivate team
- Hiring and retaining of competent team members
- Working closely with other Business Units, Regional level sales team and Branch Team to leverage Acquisition and Cross-sell opportunities
- Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines
- Coordination with other departments to ensure an enabling work environment and infrastructure for the team
- Performance evaluation of RM Team in consultation with other stakeholders
